Her classes are welcoming, thoughtfully planned, and designed to challenge you while helping you move with more confidence and connection. Monica discovered Pilates in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the way it challenges both the body and mind. Since then, she’s worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds—from athletes and expecting moms to those focused on strength, balance, injury prevention, and recovery. Having experienced the benefits of Pilates through her own knee surgery recovery and postnatal years, she loves helping clients feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. Outside the studio, Monica and her husband stay busy embracing the chaos and adventures that come with raising three active kids.

Originally from Boston, Chelsea found Pilates after overuse injuries ended her career as a violinist and left her navigating chronic back pain. Reformer Pilates became an important part of her recovery, helping her feel strong, connected, and at home in her body again—and ultimately inspiring her to become an instructor herself. She completed her training at Kink Pilates in Massachusetts and considers herself a forever student, always learning and growing. Outside the studio, Chelsea loves trying new restaurants, getting outdoors, catching local concerts, and anything involving jazz, R&B, or 2000s hip hop.

Stephanie discovered Pilates in 2015 while working at the front desk of a studio and quickly fell in love with the practice. She completed her mat training in 2018 and later went on to complete her comprehensive Pilates training with Jessica Schultz. She loves teaching, continuing to learn, and helping others find their own connection to movement. Stephanie is also a 300-hour certified yoga teacher.

Outside the studio, you’ll find her filmmaking, acting, reading, or snuggling with her family—including her beautiful cat.
