Classes open 10 days in advance on a rolling basis.
We know our planner girlies would happily book their entire year if we let them, but the 10-day window keeps things flexible and gives everyone a fair shot at getting into class.

Life happens. We get it.
You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before class without penalty.
If you cancel within 12 hours of class, it’s considered a late cancellation.
Unlimited members: $15 late cancellation fee
Class package/membership credits: Your applicable class credit may be forfeited according to your membership or package terms. If you know you can’t make it, please cancel as soon as possible so another Good Form girlie can snag your spot.

Please don’t ghost us. 👻
For Unlimited members, a no-show is a $20 fee.
For class package members, a no-show means you’ll lose that class credit.
Canceling—even late—is always better than not showing up at all.

If your dream class is full, get on that waitlist. Spots move more than you think.
If a space opens, you may be automatically added to class up to 2 hours before class begins. Keep an eye on your email, texts (if enabled), and the app.
Once you're added to the class, our normal cancellation policy applies.
Pro tip: If you know you can no longer make it, take yourself off the waitlist so you don't get added while you're halfway across town living your life.

We love you. We do not love a chaotic entrance while everyone else is already moving.
Classes start on time, and late arrivals may not be admitted at your instructor’s discretion. This is especially important with reformer Pilates because the beginning of class includes setup and safety cues.
Give yourself a few extra minutes to park, get settled, put on your grip socks, and enter your Pilates era peacefully.
-
Yep! Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.
Forgot yours? Don’t panic. We have some cute ones available for purchase at the studio. Convenient? Yes. An excuse to buy another pair? Also yes.
-
You do not need to know what you’re doing before you walk through the door. That’s quite literally what we’re here for.
Let your instructor know it’s your first class, listen to your body, ask questions when you need to, and remember: everyone was new once.
-
Usually, yes—but the rules depend on the membership you purchased.
Freezes, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades are handled according to your specific membership agreement and our current studio policies.
Have a weird situation? Email us. We’re humans over here.
-
Yes. Monthly memberships automatically renew according to the terms of your membership agreement until canceled.
Your membership agreement will also outline any commitment period, cancellation requirements, and other membership-specific details.
-
You must be 18+ to create your own account or purchase a membership.
Under 18? You may still be able to join us with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and a completed liability waiver.
-
We want you moving in a way that feels safe and supportive for your body.
If you're pregnant, postpartum, recovering from an injury, or managing a medical condition that may affect exercise, please check with your healthcare provider before participating.
Once you're cleared, let your instructor know about any relevant limitations before class so they can help with appropriate modifications.
Our instructors can support your movement experience, but they cannot provide medical advice.
-
Honestly? Not much.
Bring yourself, grip socks, and water if you’d like it. We’ve got the reformer and all the fun props covered.
-
Whatever you feel comfortable moving in!
Fitted or semi-fitted workout clothes tend to work best on the reformer so your instructor can see your alignment and nothing gets caught in the equipment.
And, of course: grip socks. We may have mentioned those. 😉
